We’re looking for an ambitious salesperson who can combine two roles: Closer + Setter. Someone who is hungry for success, thrives on results, and wants to build a career in high-performance digital marketing.

🚀 What you’ll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from leads generated through ads

  • Calling new leads directly and booking appointments in our calendar

  • Qualifying leads and directing them to the next appropriate step

  • Following up with potential clients who haven’t responded (SMS, email, calls)

  • When the pipeline is quiet: proactive outreach (DMs, calls, LinkedIn, cold email) to generate new meetings

  • Collaborating with media buyers and account managers to improve lead quality

  • Tracking conversations, pipeline, and booked meetings in our CRM system

🧩  What we’re looking for

  • Native Serbian speaker with strong English proficiency

  • 1+ year of sales experience (ideally in service-based businesses or agencies)

  • Proven track record with full-cycle sales processes (closing + setting)

  • Comfortable using CRMs (GoHighLevel or similar) for lead tracking and automation

  • Experience handling objections and turning conversations into booked appointments

  • Skilled in phone, email, and social media outreach

  • Bonus: Appointment setting for agencies or service-based businesses

  • Bonus: Proficient in Swedish
